You heard it right! Savoy Cabbage is the bombe of nutrition value & every family should be eating this delicious cabbage. This Cabbage is loaded with lots of chemicals that help protect you from too much inflammation. In our kitchen, we cook it, but also do a fermentation of savoy cabbage.

The Savoy cabbage is a large cabbage that has a length of about 25 cm and can weigh from 1-3 kg.
