ABOUT PLANT POWER FOOD
PLANT POWER FOOD was established in 2017 and operates out of our restaurant located in the vibrant neighborhood of Nørrebro in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Our main vision is to promote a healthy plant-based lifestyle and educate people on how to make beneficial changes in their life.
We believe the best way to promote this lifestyle is to show how amazing plant-based food can both taste and look. Therefore, our main focus is to deliver the highest quality food at our restaurant and pair it with aesthetically pleasing and artistic plating.
We want people to look at their plates and say “if this is plant-based food I could eat it every day!”.
We also wish to promote our vision outside of the restaurant. We do that in our magazine. The magazine touch on subjects in the plant-based world such as recipes, health, and lifestyle.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY PLANT POWER FOOD?
Plants are a kingdom of life forms that includes familiar organisms such as trees, herbs, bushes, grasses, vines, ferns, and mosses. Through photosynthesis, they convert water and carbon dioxide into the oxygen we breathe and the sugars that provide the primary fuel for life.
The right food will bring you power. Food gives you energy. Foods contain nutrients that help you increase your energy levels and maintain your alertness and focus throughout the day. We focus on teaching you which foods you should pick to feel powerful every day.
The food you eat is important. Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. Food gives us energy and nutrients, which help our growth and development. Plants, which convert solar energy to food by photosynthesis, are our primary food source.
