Porcini & Red Wine Gravy is a classic brown & soft gravy made with porcini mushrooms and alcohol-free red wine. Gives a nice and milde umami from the mushrooms with a touch of rosemary. Our gravy goes well with potatoes & legumes - actually it goes well with almost all vegestables.
