This podcast is a journey following Casper Bilton, the owner of PLANT POWER FOOD, talking with some of the worlds coolest & brightest plant-based health promoters. Casper has since he was a kid had a interest in health living, which led him to become a professional athlete, nutrition coach & chef. In the podcast he gains even more knowledge from many different people with different mindsets. He talks with doctors, dieticians, athletes, fitness-coaches, bodybuilders and chefs about plant-based health, lifestyle, meditation, attitude, sportsmanship, lifestyle diseases, yoga, leadership, environment, cooking and so on.

Dustin Joseph Watten (born October 27, 1986) is an American volleyball player, member of the United States men's national volleyball team. On July 19, 2015 he and the national team won a bronze medal at the 2015 FIVB World League. Then, his national team, including Watten, won a gold medal of 2015 FIVB World Cup. He has played professional in several european countries which includes Finland, France, Germany & Poland.  Standing six-feet tall and of solid muscle, Dustin is famous in the volleyball community for his energi & positive vibes. He has been called The Most Zen Person in volleyball. He uses meditation & plant-based diet to reach his max. Her specialties include Public Health & General Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine. We will talk about health, plant-based food, mental health, depression. Preventive medicine is exactly what it sounds like — it aims to prevent sickness before it happens. Korin Sutton has the spotlight! This podcast episode Casper Bilton & Korin talkes about life after being in the army for 8 years. He fought in Iraq & became apart of the US Marine. Afterwards it took him a long time to get over what he has witnessed. His journey took him to the Buddhist temples, made him meet animal rights activist Gary Yourofsky and then going vegan for animals, health & for earth. 

Now Korin is a high quality pro. trainer. He is a ISSA-Certified Sport Nutritionist, Specialist in Senior Fitness, Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning, Youth Fitness Trainer, and, ISSA Master Fitness Trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics-certified spin instructor, and he has an AS in exercise science.

Especially Loma Linda University is known as a health-sciences university and medical center internationally known for advanced technology, service-oriented medical care, and education.

This is episode 4, and Casper Bilton is talking with Vanessa Espinoza. Vanessa is a passionated vegan athlete. She is really known in the vegan community, and has helped several elite & pro. athletes chance their diet into a plant-based one. Vanessa is a former professional athlete in 3 different sports, basketball, boxing & bodybuilding. This talk is about lifestyle, diet, no-oil, protein & performance.

Basketball was her first passion, and while she was playing she got drafted to the woman's NBA - but she declined the opportunity because of her father's passing. Her farther was a famous boxer, and she therefore picked to be a pro. boxer. On a plant based diet Vanessa became 3x Colorado Golden Glove State champion. After that she went over to bodybuilding & working as a coach. Vanessa has her own business Plant-based Muscles.

Scott Winegrad has opened several restaurants, most of them together with another famous vegan chef Matthew Kenney. When you google him, you can finde lots of articles on how Scott has made the vegan & vegetarian cuisine enjoyable in America. His food is Colourful, flavourful and innovative. He has also traveled around the world to learn his skills, in Copenhagen he worked with Noma.
